Apply Online

If you are interested in joining ACREM why not complete our online Application Form and get your application underway immediately? This online form will collect all the required information so that we can process your application, so please try and complete all of the fields. Those fields that must be completed are shown in red and with a * next to the field. If you fail to complete a required field you will receive an error and returned to the relevant page where you can enter the missing information. Fields not shown in red are optional and do not need to be completed in order to lodge the application.

Note that this online form is intended to replace the need to complete a paper form, rather than being only a contact form to indicate an interest. As such ALL necessary questions are asked on the online form so that we can process the application without having to ask you to fill out another form. You may however need to sign a Working With Children form and also complete relevant medical information if you choose not to lodge this information online.

You must be at least 16 years of age to apply for membership via this form. If you are under 16 you will need to apply for membership as a Cadet, which requires parental consent. Please contact us and we can send you the relevant forms by post or email. Please also note that the declarations at the end of the application regarding criminal history and working with children need to be asked due to the fact that ACREM personnel may need to work unsupervised with children. Some members will need to undergo more in depth checks via the relevant state agency, however this will be discussed when it becomes necessary as procedures vary from state to state. If accepted for membership you will also need to provide a copy of a photo drivers licence or other form of photo identification, however this will be explained further once the application has been processed.

NOTE! ACREM Members are covered by Public Liability and Volunteer Workers insurance while performing authorised ACREM duties and activities. Deliberately supplying false or misleading information on your application and/or any official form or application may be grounds for instant dismissal and may also adversly affect any claim made under this insurance. Please make sure you only supply information that you honestly believe to be true and correct. If you find that you have accidently supplied incorrect information please contact us as soon as possible with details.

IMPORTANT! Your IP address may be logged and sent with the application. This is solely to help detect misuse of these forms and is never disclosed to any third party except in the case of malicious or spam activities when it may be disclosed to an ISP for investigation. Session cookies are also used to provide security validation services only.

If you have any concerns you should read our privacy policy before proceeding (opens in a new browser window). ACREM also has a Privacy Policy concerning the treatment of data and personal information provided by persons seeking membership. This policy complies with the National Privacy Princples. You can download a current version of this policy from our website - click here.

If you do not want to lodge your application online you can download an application form or contact us and we will post a form to you.

The form uses a spam and hacker filter that searches for certain terms within the form fields. Do NOT use HTML code or code such as CC or BCC in any field.

HelpHELP: Help links appear next to some of the fields. These will open into a new browser window with further information on that question or option
